New features

46879 You can now set the status of a sender to Ignored. A sender set to Ignored is treated separately in the system so that you have additional options for analysing it. See Sender status.

44597 All IP addresses of a service are now combined into a single service. The individual IP addresses can still be viewed, so that the analysis is simplified, but you can still analyse individual IP addresses in a targeted manner. See DMARC compliance in detail.

NOTE: The grouping of IP addresses is only available for data sets from December 2025.

46660 The detailed view for individual senders now contains additional information such as HELO (EHLO), date the email was sent and DKIM selectors found.

44849 Resellers can now create customer tenants.

Changes

45797 The Non-compliant emails alarm type has been adjusted. The sender status now serves as a condition. Existing alarms continue to function and are adjusted accordingly.
